Causing a public nuisance. Could be jail time but most likely a fine, which they won't pay anyway.

Where's the no insurance, no tax, no mot, dangerous driving charges?

I hope they confiscated the bikes for crushing, it's just a shame the fuckers didn't get their addidas trapped in the footpegs when they went in.
