Decent battery charger after recommendations

Unfortunately I think I've missed the lidl and aldi special so can anyone point me to a decent battery charger. Ive got a lithium battery and standard battery. Be nice to do both but don't think that's going to be possible.

Looking forward to any replies.

Just ride the bike more, no charging necessary Very Happy
Most smart charges are much of a muchness

Bike car boat battery Ctek whatever model suits you battery. They are a little bit specific but I have never had a Ctek fail in more then 10 years use.

I use three on 12v bikes and one on my 6v bike.

We now have them on our camps for emergency buses batteries.

They have some accoutrements that are useful too.

The indicator eyelet is handy to have fitted permanently.

Torch batteries?

I use Duracell rapid charger (with Panasonic's AA, AAA Eneloop cells.)

18530 lithium

Nitecore cells and the Nitecore charger.

Or were you just meaning for a bike battery?

I've got two batteries at the moment one acid and the other is lithium. Will be replacing the other with a lithium when I can afford it however until then. Need something to keep the acid battery charged whilst I check electrics. I'll have a look into that charger thank you.

I've got 3 bikes now, one is a daily hack whilst I sort my original out and the other is going to be a custom garage queen. Whilst working on one I'd like a battery to test electrics.

The only issue with lithium batteries is in chargers which spike to above the normal voltage range for desulfication cycle.

Otherwise; nothing special is needed.

Any basic constant voltage charger will do; this is exactly what your bike does.

If you don't need a left-on trickle charge function, I'd suggest a B6 AC balance charger.

These have programs for much all battery types, can run discharge cycles and also gives you information on how many wh it has added/taken from the battery.

About £20 for a copy that should do the job fine.
