Take no notice of ^^ that lot ^^, they're taking the piss out of you.

The proper way to announce that you are a biker is to wear one of those t-shirts that have the Sons of Anarchy logo on them. That's why them made them.

That way all bikers, of every genre, can pick you out from miles away. Very Happy Thumbs Up

Don't worry that some of them will be creased over with laughter, some will have a curled lip (more like a snarl really), and some of them will be standing over you threateningly telling to you take that off or they will cut it off you, starting at your neck.

But do be careful. Non-biker women will drape themselves all over you at any opportunity, and they tend to get in the way when you're trying to turn corners.

Although ... Thinking ... If you're just hanging out with your bros in McDonalds, waiting for the next delivery to come through, then a fist bump is usually sufficient.

I decided not to do the leather cut-off thing. I felt there was enough of it in my household already. Mine is hot pink denim ... Cool

Funny, I go the opposite ..

My bike gear, looks like general everyday wear, aside from the helmet of course. I wear armoured motorcycle jeans, which to look at look like normal jeans, likewise, I wear a denim armoured motorcycle jacket, my boots look more like trainers.

Granted in this weather, I've got hardier boots, which are obviously motorcycle boots, but my armadillo jacket, just looks like a parker, it is very warm though !!.

As for the helmet, it's either locked to the bike, or in one of the panniers.

Having said that, it is occasionally nice to pop up to Bassets Pole and other bike nights, when the weather is more condusive to there actually being anybody turn up !!. Gave up on Bassets Pole from Novemeber, as hardly anybody was going Rolling Eyes

Own a Harley Dae Anything.
Wear Arse-less chaps.
Sport a Handle-Bar/Pancho Tash or a Goatee. And continuously smooth it down with your hand.
Carry a Beer Belly around like you are a Contestant in National Pie Eating competitions.
Talk shit.

I have the same experience of people who wear their skinny jeans hanging off their arse. Guess they must all be bikers.

I don't care if someone wants to show other people that they ride a motorbike, it don't matter a shit to me either way. I know the thread is about piss taking an obvious troll, but some of your replies are fucking plain full on weirdo! The old one about hating bikers because they are as pathetic and hateful as any other obviously annoying human being is just so old too! Going round saying everyone in the world is a cunt is a bit boring and done to death too IMO!

OP if you want to show the world/ the rest of the shoppers in Sainsburys every Saturday that your a biker and well into the scene (whatever that is?).

1, wear your bike gear, bike related tattoo's, and or other apparel everywhere you go. You could shave your head and have the logo of your favourite bike brand shaved into your scalp too.

2, Don't forget the car stickers, 'think bike', and 'my other car's a xyzr 1100'. All the magazine stickers that come in PB mag are a good shout too. If you use a toolbox at work then cover it in bike parts stickers too.

3, Be a lorry driver. As many lorry drivers are frustrated weekend warriors with a big fast bike sat waiting for when they get back from their 56mph European adventure.

The best way to show bikers that you are one of them, is to hold your arms out in front of you, as though you are holding handle bars, rotate your right wrist as though opening your throttle and shout "Braaaaaaaaaap".

This immediately identifies you as one of the in-crowd with the hard-won secret knowledge of how to control a dangerous piece of machinery. Girls will fall at your feet, bikers riding past will salute you.
