I'd recommend a Sena. Used mine extensively for music and bike 2 bike comms.

Have the SMH5.

Watch the waterproof ratings on Sena unless you are fair weather only; some aren't waterproof and forums have plenty of discussions about failures in rain.

I use interphone mc5, generally works fine as long as you use the supplied silicone grease to make sure it is sealed. It will connect to two devices, so I can have my phone and my VHF/UHF radio connected (via a Sena sr10) simultaneously.

A long day in the saddle of intercom use does flatten the battery - I'm in the habit of charging it at every food stop when traveling with Mrs Bamt

Yep, I have the SMH5 too. Have had it exposed to pretty much all weather conditions over the last year and it's never once let me down.

Google assistant screaming in my ear the other week really annoyed me, although they've fixed it in the new version.

I'd also suggest Sena. I have an S20--about a year ago, I did have an odd issue with it not working properly for a couple of days, presumably due to cold and wet weather, riding from London to Cornwall (luckily I crashed the bike and didn't need it for the journey home). However, I made sure that everything dried out thoroughly, re-formatted the firmware and applied some silicone grease to the contacts and it's been fine ever since. I've also ridden in much worse weather and it's not been a problem, so...

All in all, I've found it to be worth the money and I use it all the time.
