Dunno why I've not expected this before. Heavy, underpowered motorcycles that will undoubtedly spend more time being looked at (either by the owner or a HD technician) than ridden.

Perfect match.

Saysuttin'.

News of this has been doing the rounds for quite a while now, but I dismissed it of being of any interest, because, a, it's a Harley, and b, 50 mile range !! Really !! ?? Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes

Also, why, would you pay > 30K when, there are better, and more technological advanced bikes around, at considerably cheaper prices, such as the Zero range of bikes?

This is meant to be better than that one they did with the 50 mile range (in economy mode) Shocked A bit better anyway).

I have no, zero Wink , interest in it as a bike. It just came in on my feed and I hadn't heard of Harley doing it actually as a production bike.

As UnknownStuntman says, it will sell to rich yanks for a Sunday pootle and to sit in their garages amongst their fleet of other vehicles.

No other idiot will buy it.

Harley Davidsons don't have a low idle stop so the rider has to continuously blip the throttle when riding at slow speed. Especially when riding past any sort of crowd, bus stop queue, RTA, Other Harley Aficionados.
If the engineers at HD fitted an idle screw perhaps everyone would be happier.
