I posted asking if anyone knew how to go about finding a reg number from a frame number.
STONEY replied saying he could but wanted £20 for doing it, at the risk of being scammed i was a bit wary, but thought i do need to know so i sent him the money.
24hrs later I got a result, my bike does have a reg number and now i can apply for the V5.

Great result, thank you STONEY.
