Much beloved many, I have started a project too Bobber a marauder 125

I just discovered the TPS attached to the fuel injector unit (pipe like carb) is snapped clean in half and will need to be renewed, popped into CMS @ Pinho, Exeter (angelic music plays) they inform me a whole new unit is excess of 400 pounds, after much searching and scratching of my head I found the TPS for 95 for 1998-2004 but no listings for the 2010! Do i need a 2010 or are there alternatives to this issue, perhaps I can forget the Fuel injector and swap a normal cheap carb onto her (yes she is a she) need some advice on this project desperately, this is my tale of woe so bear with me, had bikes all my life till 16 when I was involved in a traffic accident that put pay to my hip, now aged 51 I am due a hip replacement (more angelic music) waited most of my life to be able to ride again so please help if you can... Peace n love brethren.

Managed to find out the broken part is a MAQS( Modularised air quantity sensor). I fixed it to my FI unit and the bike did turn over as soon as I kicked it. Haven’t been able to tell how well it will work on the road yet as the projects incomplete. I’ll keep you posted 🤔

No worries glad you got sorted. I'm on the lookout for a ecu /cdi unit for same model and year if you happen to see one of your travels, let me know please. Cheers
