As its Ash Wednesday, I thought I might go to Mass somewhere and get a Catholic paki-dot instead.

I'd quite like to give up mopping blood from the floor. But not much chance of that it would seem. Sick

Lent is a religious construct that I choose not to engage with. As an Atheist it's great because I can have Christmas presents and Easter eggs, but I don't have to do any of the sh*tty stuff like going to church or giving stuff up for lent.

That said, I'm on a health kick right now anyway, and am aiming to get 10% bodyfat or lower before April. I did have a few pancakes last night though... Sad

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.

Do you struggle to lose weight?

I can certainly keep my intake sub 500 calories a day and lose a chunk in 2 or 3 weeks. Sure, it might not be considered healthy by some, but it works for me personally.

I'm not giving up anything that I enjoy. Bollocks to that.

I shall make sure my bike isn't lent over too much in case it falls over though. Cool

I tried that and lost a lot of muscle bulk as well. I've come to see that I'm never going to be light without also looking
wretched. I'm also in my mid 40's which changes the rules a bit, much easier to put it on and way harder to get it off
again. You'll see. Laughing I'm currently trying to drop carbs for protein, but it won't happen properly until I take a break from
the weed. Dem munchies destroy my resolve, and I have a VERY sweet tooth so would think nothing of polishing off
500ml of Haagen Dazs and a family size box of Malteasers on top of my normal days food, given the opportunity I'll
scoff something like that every evening. I know my leathers will not fit this spring unless I get on and have that break soon.

You know it!

Cousin said to my sister, "Lauren's giving up coffee for lent".

Sister: "Who's lent?"

Oh cool, so you either work in a slaughterhouse or you're a serial killer.
I'm gonna go with both. Thumbs Up

Since you haven't eaten a sprout for the last 40 years (or more) that's not much of a prediction. x
