I suspect there's a lot more to this than meets the eye. Chav dole scum woman and her next door neighbours clearly have history and it was the neighbour who called the ambulance.

Oh you Suspect it, sounds like you have some facts not divulged in the articles presented, would youcare to share? or is that suspicion based on an assumption? pure guess with no real supporting evidence or logic?
I quoted directly from an article from the local paper. Try Google, it's great for finding stuff like that.
you quoted what? the evidence that proves your suspicions are fact based and not pure speculation? no you didn't. the facts you quoted were that they didn't get on with the neighbour and that the neighbour required paramedic assistance. that gives you what exactly, if no assumptions are used (that's your rules right?).

Missed this then Trigger, from 14.53 today? Wink

Quote:
Prosecutor Liz Rider said the defendant was the subject of a restraining order which prevents her having any contact with her neighbours, Brian and Christine Heath, in Parsonage Street, Tunstall.
she didn't get on with her neighbour

But on Sunday, Mr Heath called an ambulance as his wife was experiencing breathing difficulties.
The neighbour required Paramedic assistance

I missed nothing...

Except your answer as to how you know there's more to this than meets the eye without assuming or supposing anything...

Far as i'm concerned they can continue to park where they bloody well like and if they blocked me in because they were in the middle of saving someone, i'd probably offer them a cuppa as what i might be doing is most likely less important.

Can't believe you even have to work out which side of the fence to be on about this.

People who leave notes like that on Ambulances / Emergency vehicles are oxygen thieves /end of thread.

The Pride of the Potteries has been heavily fined and made to pay a victim surcharge after pleading guilty in court. Unfortunately this sort of behaviour is common place in the Stoke area - particularly Tunstall which since large parts of Bentilee and Tower Blocks of Hanley were sold off by the council to private overlords on promises of pieces of silver now, and forever more is now the scum hole area of the city.

It doesn't help matters that Stoke council has regularly set the standard for incompetance and ineptitude for getting on for 40 years now, Housing Estates that weren't built for any number of cars - some streets with only drive past roads and no parking at all and the decimation of public transport meaning any person regards their car and their space (whether it to be actual or fictional) to be the divine right.

Its an area forgotten about, where education has been allowed to fail. No Jobs, No aspiration, they drift through life existing in there little ecosystem.

Makes me ashamed of the area.

Heavily fined? £120 plus costs, which will (or won't) be paid off at about £5 a month from her benefits.

I liked where her (free) solicitor apologised most sincerely on her behalf, for the fourth time in a row.

Perjury, methinks. Mouthy cow needs knocking spark out. #HerToo

And what's the betting all 4 were reported by the same neighbours as in this incident and never by any other neighbours?

It seems the "victims" here have tried to get their neighbour removed from the entire street on more than one occasion, succeeded, then failed when a magistrate let he back because of her pets.

This looks like a neighbourly dispute which has got well out of hand.

You should be careful presuming things... That mpd character will be along shortly and tell you how that's a dangerous game!

Which excuses the verbal abuse of a paramedic crew going about their duties because....

You seem to have quite a chip on your shoulder about this, Can I assume that the Immigrant your wife ran away with is a paramedic who lives next door? Thinking

Indeed I did. Did you? This bit in particular might be of interest:

I was out in Stoke Friday just gone, went to the Thalii in the centre of town. Had a cracking meal, people friendly ( the locals i bumped into included) and earlier that day had a lovely breakfast at MiJos .... tbh we enjoyed it and we'd definitely go back.

Other than that, yes, it shouldn’t be an issue.

In the unlikely event that ever happened - the emergency services would coordinate a shifting of vehicles because they aren't oxygen thieves.

Your argument is utterly invalid.

I'm stuck between wondering whether you understand irony or whether you are actually subscribing to your own BS - whatever, it's an opinion and you're entitled to it. Just don't go sticking it on emergency services vehicles and i'm sure you'll avoid a court appearance / fine Smile
