This is convenient. One of he expendables has died, escalating it to a 'murder'.
This Novichok debacle was just fading away too, pretty handy we can get back to the important things in life and only at the cost of an Alcoholic and a Junkie.

Wiltshire Police have arranged the transportation of a car from an address in Swindon this evening in relation to the on-going incident in Amesbury. The public should not be alarmed by this. Those involved in the removal of the vehicle have the necessary training and expertise to carry out a variety of tasks, which includes the safe removal of vehicles.

The current advice from Public Health England is that the risk to the public remains low.

A dedicated phone line is up and running for anyone who has any concerns or information relating to this incident.

Why would they go to all this trouble just to create anti-Russian sentiment? Seems to me there would be lots easier ways, not to mention less expensive. The EU and UK governments really are strange Confused

Oh, and if they're looking for traces of Novichok in that car they're transporting, they might like to remember that the stuff can't survive more than a few miles from Porton Down. Not that they don't know exactly where to find it anyway, cos they put it there, right?

Nope, you're right, have to keep up the charade.

Suspected perpetrators of Skripal novichok attack identified

Police believe several Russians were involved in the attempted murder and say they are looking for more than one suspect.

Police believe they have identified the suspected perpetrators of the novichok attack on former Russian double agent Sergei Skripal, the Press Association has reported.

The 66-year-old and his 33-year-old daughter Yulia were attacked with the deadly nerve agent at their home in Salisbury, Wiltshire.

The pair were taken to hospital after shoppers found them collapsed on a bench at The Maltings shopping centre on 4 March.

Both survived the attack and were discharged from Salisbury District Hospital after extensive treatment.

Officers believe several Russians were involved in the attempted murder and say they are looking for more than one suspect.

"Investigators believe they have identified the suspected perpetrators of the novichok attack through CCTV and have cross-checked this with records of people who entered the country around that time," a source close to the investigation told the Press Association.

They said investigators were "sure" the suspects were Russian.

Well that all depends on if you believe the reports that the Novichok was found in a perfume bottle by the pair of junkies, and said junkie woman probably had a cheeky spray of it on herself to see how it smelt, therefore contaminating said junkie boyfriend, hence her massive does and death, and his not so massive dose and alive

Do people really still fall for this nonsense? It's just anti Russian propaganda FFS! wake up people.

Clearly yes, some people really still fall for the nonsense claims about how quickly the compound will degrade.

https://www.bbc.com/news/health-44778697

"How long Novichok lasts
So what do we know about Novichok and how long it remains in the environment?

Regrettably, very little.

There is insufficient scientific data to be certain about the time it takes for this chemical to degrade and for the threat it poses to end.

Some people have suggested that it disappears relatively quickly and that the poisoning of Ms Sturgess and Mr Rowley is therefore a separate attack to the one on the Skripals.

But that would be jumping to conclusions."

As for the 3 month decontamination operation, the perfume bottle wasn't in one of the areas that had been cleaned up. Wink

The way it's all happened within spitting distances of Porton Down raises many awkward questions but equally doesn't mean it's a stunt pulled by the establishment to demonise Russia, strength the position of the EU as a security force or just an easy way of burying bad brexit news.

Time will tell.

Al Beeb broadcasting fake news? Shocked

Given the large number of different theories about how long it takes to degrade, at the time everyone was broadcasting fake news. Laughing Al Beeb now saying that we don't know how long Novichok lasts sounds pretty accurate.

Perhaps they're using this one to bury the news of the last one Wink

Anyone within a small radius of Porton Down better beware, cos they might want to bury this one too Shocked
Makes me glad I live up north where they can't reach me.

When the rebels can't win the war, they'll need the West to intervene and take out Assad for them. Maybe after Iraq and Afghanistan, the appetite to stop Muslims killing each other is weakening?

You left out Libya. That is the Western model for the "Where is NATO?" "Democracy Protestors" and "humanitarian intervention" that preceded the Syrian BS Op. It's no doubt pissed off the West and Israel that Syria didn't go as intended and especially as fast as they wanted it to fall. Muslims killing each other is fine as long as our Muslims are winning against the "brutal, barbaric" opposition, or events can be twisted and portrayed by the BBC, Sky, Guardian, CNN et al as some reason to intervene. One photo can sell a war. It might be a lot harder than in the days of Yugoslavia, but enough of the populace are still stupid enough to buy the lies that are sold. If they can get social media and places like Youtube policed correctly then they can go back to business as usual since the truth will never be heard. It's hate speech and can not be allowed.

Salisbury novichok suspects identified.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-45421445

<tinfoil hat>Bet they just grabbed a couple of photos of russian looking men off the net, and made up some russian sounding names which that claim are aliases anyway. No chance of catching them just more smoke and mirrors to cover up the fact it was false flag to derail brexit/demonise russia </tinfoil hat>
