Not at all. I wasn't there and neither were you. Merely pointing out that had this taken place, his Solicitor should have presented it as evidence. She didn't as far as I know.

These are the police who didn’t know who he was but knew who he was to identify him?
Smells like a cover up to me and a real case of harassment.
Anyway, they’ll have him locked up on a wing of Muslims soon. I think his other retrial starts in a few days.

It’s just opinion and you’re as pig headed as I am about this. The only difference is you’ll believe anything if it’s anti Robinson.
As much as he’s a tit, I do feel the establishment are unfairly treating him in an effort to shut him up for stirring the hornets nest over Islam.
From his arrest for breech if the peace, to trumped up charges and prison in 4 hours, to his moving to the prison with the highest Muslim population in the midlands, to a ground floor cell with its ground floor window, so the Muslims could spit and throw shit at him. From his release and now retrial.
This Cambridge affair sounds pretty corrupt to me. I just don’t believe the police defence and I do believe they tried to settle out of court. I’m not sure why Diifs thinks this could be used as a defence in court though. Settlement or not, there would be no admission of guilt.
It’s not like Michael Jackson was admitting to being a paedo when he paid out millions to shut him up. That can’t be used in court, accepted or not.

Is this source where you say he was offered a settlement twice in the same place as the court transcript you said absolved Tommy of all liability?

In a civil case, an out of court settlement is not an admission of guilt, so would not be used by the plaintiff to try to prove so.

No, it means they thought he had a good case if it went to court. Having turned them down, the police needed to lie to get out of the accusation of harassment. The points Robinson makes over this case are perfectly reasonable and correct. It was a bit of a fix up.

Nope, the programmed haters like you, are saying I'm making him out to be a hero, simply because I don't follow your programming of frothing at the mouth every time either of his names are mentioned.
I think the bloke's a tit as a person, but I do agree with much of what he says, whether it's about the authorities covering up the unsavoury side of Islam or about the establishment trying to shut him up. That part of it doesn't sit well with me and he clearly has a point on much of the claims he makes here.
Rather him than me, because I seriously think they'll deliberately put him in harms way again purely to try to stick it to him.

Or maybe they offered him less than it would have cost them to entertain his shenannigans in court.. you'd only be guessing as to their motives for offering settlement, and any opinion you offer will by it's nature be uninformed by anything other than your agenda to represent TR as right in all cases. |
Eh? This is the state suing him, not the other way around. I’m not sure you’re understanding this. They won’t pay him off for alleged contempt of court.
Edit. ah got it, you're on about the Cambridge case.
His Old Bailey contempt case was due on Friday. It's been called off until at least May.
