Maybe the policeman would have known Tommy by one of his other names. Wink

Also I like the idea of,
"Do you know who I am?"
"No."
Crying or Very sad

Why has no one mentioned that Tommy lost his claim against the Cambridge Police Force Service today?

Laughing Classic.

The police management are just as dishonest as Tommy (real name Stephen) and his mates.

I can't disagree.

Unfortunately, Donk (real name Tommy's no 1 fan) can't bring himself to see it. Laughing

Didn't know, but can't say I'm surprised. Sounds like they lied their way through court after destroying the evidence.

Laughing It really doesn't.

Police found innocent in lying and destroying evidence non shocker.

PC Ruddy recorded the final moments out on the street using a hand-held camera, but nothing happened. No need to save a record of a non-event, but three years on it does give Tommy a chance to claim something did happen, and for people like you to go, "Well, if Tommy says so..."

Are we really supposed to believe his family were thrown out for a reason other than people in the pub knew who he was and hated him?

Where did you get that from?

I think the judge was right when she said "you're not as famous as you think" before this thread I'd hardly heard of him.

I certainly wouldn't have reconised him in a packed pub down south

He certainly gained more notoriety after his contempt arrest

In Luton, the police would know exactly who he was. How did the officer identify him as a risk supporter without knowing who he was?

For someone nobody has heard of, a 63 page thread isn’t too shabby.

He wasn't in Luton though was he? Did you miss the part about other Luton supporters also being moved on from the Pub? he's got previous for trouble at football matches, that puts him in a risk category no? they don't have to know about his social media whining and self publicity to assess him as a risk supporter, in fact the 2 things are cvompletely unrelated.

Ever been arrested for football hooliganism? are there other risk supporters in there? do the local police have a plan to move supporters out of the city by a certain time?

Oh come on. Did you read your own link?

The police ejected a bloke out with his children, not for doing anything wrong, but because he was Tommy Robinson. Apparently he was a “risk supporter”, so that allows the police to harass him for no reason.

As for the claim that the police officer knew he was a “risk” supporter but then Pretended he’d never heard of him and never, ever read a newspaper, listened to or watched the news? Give me a break!

He was treated the way he was, not for what he did, but for what the media dress him up as.

You obviously didn't. Have you watched "Panodrama" yet, or do you not feel the need? You've made no detailed comment on it, which surprises me. Maybe it's just enough to know that "Tommy said so."

I don't know why he is complaining. He chose to enter into a long running battle with the establishment, the media and police so he should be expecting this and much worse too. He should be thankful they didn't cut his brake lines.

The police tried to pay him off twice out of court. I’m guessing they didn’t think he had a case then? Let’s face it though, the establishment can’t let right wing figures win, cos rayciss innit.

Maybe he should have taken the money instead of being a greedy bastard then.

This needs a tad of perspective. A known football hooligan with a conviction for such goes to an away game, then visits at least two pubs in the home team's town with his mates, who one can only presume are 'football lads' like he is. He and his mates are in the pub, whilst his kids are left outside.

After visiting at least two pubs with his mates drinking only water (according to a reporter who flew all the way from Canada at YL's request to cover the court case), somebody tells the plod that there are away fans in this pub, and the plod assume that they will be tanked up by this point and likely to cause a breach of the peace. Plod turns up in numbers not knowing what to expect, to find a very angry and aggressive YL claiming that they are victimising him because of who he is. Somebody who works at the pub tells plod that him and his mates haven't been any bother, meanwhile YL continues to kick off. Plod decide that they need to be moved on, and requests that they leave the pub.

Outside this continues, to the point that plod asks the group, now including kids, to leave town and offers an escort to the train station. YL continues to shout and argue as they are escorted away. Two years later YL decides to sue plod.

What makes me chuckle about this is that what happened to YL is no different to what happens to protesters regularly in this country, also to what happens to thousands of other away supporters every Saturday as they are escorted out of grounds to public transport, yet YL feels his rights are somehow more valuable that everybody else's, and that in his case it requires an apology in court. I hate the term, but if ever there was a 'snowflake' it is YL in this instance.

If he'd kept quiet in the pub and actually had his kids with him, who knows, plod may have seen it as not a situation worth pursuing and let him be, but no, he chose to be confrontational so what did he really expect would happen?

As for plod allegedly lying in court, nothing new there if they did, but because it is YL, it is apparently all part of some bigger left-wing Libtard Guardian-reading conspiracy against democracy and freedom of speech.

Get a grip and move on, man!
