It isn't fabrication on my part, simply an alternative view to yours based upon the same evidence.
Its all on video, provided by YL as evidence. The clip here shows some of it but has been edited to remove lots of the shouting.

I like his Solicitor's argument as to why he couldn't cause trouble that day - because he was wearing the wrong shoes...
He is his own worst enemy. Had he just sat there with his kids and watched the game, chances are plod wouldn't have bothered, but he didn't. He got angry leading to a potential breach of the peace. I wholly understand that this wouldn't have happened if plod hadn't turned up, but he really does need to learn to keep his mouth shut on occasion for his own sake. ____________________ Now - Speed Triple, old ratty GS550, GSXR750M

He was ejected for no reason other than who he is. That's wrong, no matter how much you're programmed to hate him.
The Landlady of the pub quite clearly tells the police he's been no trouble, so why was he ejected? Sounds like deliberate harassment to me. Wouldn't you get angry if the police ejected you from the city based entirely on who you are, not because you've done anything wrong?
Fair play to him for not lamping the coppers after making his daughter cry. That was not a good advert for the police. ____________________ TZR250 2MA road, TZR250 1KT road, TZR250 2MA race, TDR250, YZF-750R Boost colours.

If the police knew who he was, then he was asked to leave because he was a convicted football hooligan in a group of three, in a pub on an 'away' who decided it would be a good idea to start arguing and shouting in a manner likely to cause a breach of the peace.
If the police didn't know who he was as the Judge claimed, then he was asked to leave because when spoken to, he became angry and animated in a manner likely to cause a breach of the peace.
Either way it amounts to the same thing, and he would have done better just keeping his mouth shut. Probably didn't help himself by cross-examining the plod in his usual 'broken record' manner whilst having somebody film it for his Youtube dear-diary. ____________________ Now - Speed Triple, old ratty GS550, GSXR750M

They have lied in court, pretending they didn't. Did this pass you by unnoticed?

He was harassed because of who he is, not what he did. He was just enjoying a pint with 2 friends and their 7 children when the police started harassing him. Would you not get angry too?

Cobblers. He was being ejected long before becoming angry. The decision was made before he'd done anything wrong.

Which part of this can't you grasp? He was not ejected by the police because he got angry about being ejected by the police. He was ejected from the city because of who he was, not because he did anything illegal or wrong.
Is just being Tommy Robinson a crime now? It's pure harassment. ____________________ TZR250 2MA road, TZR250 1KT road, TZR250 2MA race, TDR250, YZF-750R Boost colours.

If that was the case then yes I would, but he was asked to leave because he got angry and shouty when approached and showed no sign of calming down. If he'd kept his mouth shut he'd probably been left to watch the rest of the match in peace.
Of the many Officers I've known over the years, I never met a Left-wing Liberal Islam-loving Guardian-reader. I'm sure the plod in his video are no different, and would have been happier to leave him in peace had he chosen to be polite, respectful and keep his gob shut. But no... ____________________ Now - Speed Triple, old ratty GS550, GSXR750M

If the police did know who he was, then there may have been an element of not giving him the benefit of the doubt because of his previous conviction, the company he was keeping and his chosen pseudonym. We'll never know.
His Solicitor said he was drinking water. I presume you mean enjoying a pint of water? ____________________ Now - Speed Triple, old ratty GS550, GSXR750M

<Sigh>
There has been trouble between Cambridge and Luton "fans" in the past, so the police have put measures in place. An undercover police "spotter" finds a group of 18 known soccer hooligans from Luton drinking in a Cambridge pub in the early evening. The police inspector instructs his officers to follow procedure and ask them to leave before things can escalate. Only one kicks off about it because he thinks he's famous and this presents a photo-opportunity. (Is it 'coz I is black Tommy?") The Cambridge police have a Luton constable assisting them, who knows Robinson and refers to him as "Yax." That officer is operating elsewhere when Tommy and Co. hit the street. The other beat coppers only know that the stroppy man in the pub is on a soccer hooligan watch list. Apart from TR's self-recorded whining there's only a video record of them all being escorted away from the pub, and no one saves that footage because nothing happened, unfortunately giving Tommy the chance to make shit up later.
https://www.cambridgeshire-pcc.gov.uk/statement-regarding-incident-cambridge-27th-august-2016/
Now Tommy owes at least £20k in court costs and he's intent on ramping that up by appealing because it's all grist to the self-publicity mill and no doubt his alt-right backers will pick up the tab. Have you donated yet? |

Oh really? Why was it only Robinson, his 2 mates and their 7 children forced to leave the city then? What about the other 15?
Kawasaki Jimbo wrote: | The police inspector instructs his officers to follow procedure and ask them to leave before things can escalate. |
Oh really? So people can now be dealt with by the police, because of what might happen, but hasn't? Thought crime then.
Kawasaki Jimbo wrote: | The other beat coppers only know that the stroppy man in the pub is on a soccer hooligan watch list. |
Pull the other one, it's got bells on it. Can you explain how they knew he was on a soccer hooligan watch list, without knowing who he was? Maybe he was wearing a badge or a T Shirt announcing that he was on a soccer hooligan watch list?

Do you really think this case has cost £20K, or could it just be more harassment from the establishment? It's becoming quite clear that he's a thorn in the side for the establishment, who want to sweep the Muslim issue under the carpet rather than dealing with it.
I find it quite scary that in a democracy like the UK, someone can be abused this way by the establishment and do nothing about it as the law gets unfairly used against him.
It's clear that the police lied here to brush off harassment allegations.
How on earth could the judge believe that the coppers had no idea who he was and had never even heard of Tommy Robinson, when they had already identified him?
And no, I wont be donating. You may not believe me, but I actually think the bloke is a bit of a dick and he plays the victim card too much, but I also think he's being bullied by the establishment to shut him up, purely because they're worried he'll stir up racial hatred for highlighting an issue the state are too terrified to deal with properly.
I find this sort of silencing of right wing views quite scary and well beyond the realms of suppressing free speech. It seems to be happening quite a lot recently, even the Dankula bloke was edited out of a BBC show due to a left wing hate campaign to get him removed. ____________________ TZR250 2MA road, TZR250 1KT road, TZR250 2MA race, TDR250, YZF-750R Boost colours.

It's a very simple question, any chance of an answer?
Can you explain how they knew he was a the person on a soccer hooligan watch list, without knowing who he was? Maybe he was wearing a badge or a T Shirt announcing that he was on a soccer hooligan watch list? Think for a minute. It's impossible.
The police defence against harassment centred around them not knowing he was Tommy Robinson, which is clearly bollocks or they wouldn't have been able to identify him as on this apparent "list" of risk supporters. Some how the judge let them lie about this in court. Do you not find that slightly disturbing and clear proof that the establishment are abusing the law as a weapon against him?
He's been so tainted by the MSM, that people judge him on his media created persona and not on what he does or says. The judge, like the majority of the public as a whole and the police involved, is likely to pre-judge him just as you do on here. ____________________ TZR250 2MA road, TZR250 1KT road, TZR250 2MA race, TDR250, YZF-750R Boost colours.

Painful as it may be to you, could it simply be that he was being a dick and was asked to leave as a result?
In addition, why was he drinking in the bar when his kids were left to play outside the pub in a strange town? You don't have kids, this is clear from previous comments you've made, but a rule you don't leave them by themselves whilst you sit in a pub drinking unless they are old enough to look after themselves. According to his Solicitor he came out occasionally to check they were alright...
He made a statement afterwards, saying that his youngest doesn't want to go to football any more and blaming the police for this. Isn't it just conceivable that the sprog doesn't want to go anymore because his Dad keeps on arguing with the Police?
He isn't the messiah. ____________________ Now - Speed Triple, old ratty GS550, GSXR750M

...and another thing, if the plod had genuinely offered to settle out of court twice, why didn't YL's Solicitor offer this as evidence? He may have missed videoing the first offer, but a man of his swiftness with a mobile phone must surely have recorded the second attempt.
Could it be that the offers were never made, or could it be that they were made 'without prejudice' and were not therefore admissions of wrongdoing? Mdma, I think you need to tell us because this is fundamental to the case. ____________________ Now - Speed Triple, old ratty GS550, GSXR750M
