Carb rebuild kit NSR 125

Looking for a rebuild kit for the phbh 28 fd carb. Anyone know where I can buy?

There's not much to rebuild. It should just need a strip down and clean.

The NSR I've just recommissioned wouldn't start until I gave the carb a through strip down and clean. most of the jets were severely blocked with the green shite left over by evaporated fuel. Luckily I have a little Ultrasonic cleaner for jobs like this, but it can be done without.

One bolt holds the float bowl on then the jets can be unscrewed and all passageways cleaned with carb cleaner. Leaving all non rubber parts in full fat Coke for a few hours actually does a good job of cleaning too.

The o rings and such are beginning to perish. Want to replace them. How good are those ultrasonic cleaners?

Thanks for the replies! What a great forum. Solved the dirty carb issue. A compressor and wd40 solved it. Found a gasket set here in Sweden for £4 so now that's sorted as well.

Shouldn't use WD40 on o-rings, wash pith petrol or can of carb cleaner. Also the NSR has an oil feed to the carb, make sure that is flowing freely or your engine will go bang very quickly.
