Hello! Got myself a 1997 NSR 125 yesterday. Now to the problem, the left indicators won't work! When I turn the button to the right both indicators blink and so does the turn light on the dash. When I pull it to the left nothing happens! Not even the light on the dash!
All lights and so forth are whole and in good condition. Ideas?

100% certain this isn't correct functioning hazard lights?
If not something is amiss and it could be serious if wires are shorting somewhere or previous owner was a bodge king.
You will probably need a circuit tester to make much progress.

It's the same indicators on the left and right. Don't see why they would only work on the right side. Feels like it's something small that is causing it. It is in such good condition

First things first. Get some switch cleaner, or oven WD40, and give the switch a good soaking. If that does not cure it you will need a circuit diagram, and a multimeter or test lamp.

Get some proper switch cleaner - don't use WD40. Spray into the switch via the slot, work the switch. Repeat until it works reliably. Thumbs Up

Picked the indicatormechanism apart, cleaned and reassembled. Everything works now. Hope it stays that way😁
