To save answering the same queries over and over.......

What is the BCF BBQ?
An ad hoc get together of BCFers from all over the UK. Location varies. Held over a weekend, Friday to Sunday, usually in August. Camping, drinking, BBQing, motorbike hijinks, campfire, small explosions, jolly japes and bacon, all feature. Traditionally a big BCF love-in. Animals are sometimes involved. Shocked Always a good-natured fun weekend where everyone mucks in.

Can anyone attend?
Yes, any forum member who pays can attend. Guests too. Names should be sent to TSK by PM. Payment in advance required via Paypal friends & family.

Can I part pay if I eat/drink less, don't use the track or go home early?
Nope. Cost is £35 minimum because we have to pay for the venue and portaloo hire.

Will I have to pay an extra £10 on the Saturday?
Maybe, this will depend on how many attend and if there's enough money pre-paid to pay for Saturday nights food, charcoal, booze and Sunday's breakfast you won't need the extra tenner. However, you should budget for it.

What if I'm veggie?
We can cook veggie stuff if it's BBQable, (we did buy salad once Shifty Shifty ). Requests are taken beforehand so your needs can be catered for on the shopping run.

Can I help?
Yes, we always leave the site clean and tidy, so extra hands clearing up are always a good thing. There's no such thing as too many cooks! Extra donations of food, cash or booze are always most welcome. Help with collecting food & booze also appreciated.

No Quad Bikes
They do bad things to the track and affect other 2 wheel enjoyment of it. So it's a no.

And if you have a dirt bike and don't mind if it gets broken, bring it.
Tracey focuses on the bacon and always forgets the dirtbikes...

Edit: Also if you have a dirt bike and it's broken, bring it. We'll fix it and then break it again ragging it round the field.

Go round to the right as you enter the field, it's much easier than trying to go over the top or around the left side.

If your car doesn't donut on the way in, you are doing it wrong.
