Hi, I was fairly lucky I think due to I didnt bother with reading the highway code or any book, all I did was to get the theory test cd-rom with the hazard perception bit on it. I found this very helpful and it gave me a very good idea what it was going to be like.

I think if your going to take the theory test this cd-rom is a very useful thing, plus once you've passed you can just sell it.

Hope this help

I have the disc, and unfortunately have failed my test erm more than once on the Hazard Perception field - mainly by being 1 or two marks out, it's devistating. I was getting 52 and stuff on the disc then I done the real thing and got 42.

Passed mine today! woot...

I had to laugh, the testing centre said most people take 50 to 60 minutes for the entire thing, right up to 2 hours.

I was in and out in 30 minutes..!

34/35 for the first bit
67 out of 75 on the hazard perception!

WOOT...I AM WELL HAPPY!

Passed mine on wednesday - cant believe how easy it is, it's quite scary that you can be allowed on the road with such a paltry test of your knowledge! On my test, there was 1 (one) question on roadsigns, none on speed limits - it was pretty gobsmacking to be honest!
