Most incognito vehicle on the road is the humble white van, if it's clean and roadworthy looking you could drive down
the road with a spliff on and a can of stella in the cupholder and nobody will notice a thing. They become twice as invisible
if you wear a hi viz at the wheel. He has a good chance of getting off scott free.
