I aint fat no more and lost the weight, i think my honda msx will now be able to do 80 mph uphill! Laughing

yeah it is 2 months of weight loss.

had my wisdom tooth taken out late feb this year and then it got infected and i couldnt really eat anything for more than 2 weeks and then when i was able to start really eating i only could eat really small portions as my stomach had shrunk and eating how i used to made me feel sick.
i do some press ups every other day and this was the result.

just maintaining what i do now to stay this way.
after a simple tuna sandwich aka 2 slices of bread i am very full up

If you avoid white flour pastry, beer and replace all the soft/sugary drinks with tap water, you're going to loose weight in a matter of weeks, with no extra effort. Also, do not stuff yourself with side dishes (rice, potatoes, chips, crisps, bread...) when eating a meal and if you drink a lot of tea/coffee, try to reduce the amount of sugar, if you don't drink it plain already.

Calories In vs Calories Out.

That is ALL that matters.

Okay, the type and amount of Calories In can have an effect on the Calories Out; but overall it's pretty minor.

The psychology of limiting the former and/or increasing the latter is another matter!

I used to over eat alot me and food had a proper relationship.

now we have broken up lol

I still eat but nowhere near like i used to.
At work ill have a hot chocolate for breakfast as i have never been able to eat in the morning and for lunch ill have a sandwich but no crisps or fizzy drink (not cos its bad for me, just the sandwich fills me up) then have a little meal in the evening be it salmon and veg or small piece of chicken and veg. (not kfc "Fin", ive never really liked fried chicken its disgusting!)

kebabs, chips and pizza are not on the list anymore, tried a dominoes the other day and spat it straight out as it tastes nasty even though i know i used to love it.
