On Monday, breakast was 4 weetabix, throughout the morning I ate a whole box of m&s chocolates, lunch was an entire Soreen malt loaf, and I had peanuts and fruit later on, and drank about 2litres of ribena throughout the day. When I got in I had some bread and jam and Tea was a huge bowl of chicken , bacon and pasta, then in the evening I had a bag of tesco cookies, and a bag of popcorn, and some moams chewy sweets.



(oh, yeah, I did ride my bicycle 102 miles though. )

Let us know how fast the MSX goes when you try it out with the increased power to weight ratio.

I hover around 12-13stone as I don't eat a strict or regular diet and skip meals when working late etc.

I'd love to know how a modified KMX 125 would go if I still weighed the 11St I was at 17. Not sure if I'm ever going to find out though.

That weight loss is impressive. I used to cycle loads, train Kung fu, run half marathons and eat whatever and as much as I wanted. Happy days.
Current contract I spend 15 hours a week commuting, watching calories and nutrition is hateful.

throat infection worked for me, swallowing anything was painful so after about a week the mrs bought me some complan and that's all I had for another 2 weeks with antibiotics, lost nearly 2 stone

How tall are you and how much weight did you lose?

Just wondering as I've changed my diet and lost 5 kilos in 3 weeks.

im 5"3 think i was about 15 stone before, not been able to weigh myself yet

ive realised that changing what you eat is the single most biggest factor in weight loss or weight gain.

all these programmes/pills seem like snake oil

less grub in mean less weight, more grub in means more weight
so simple but visually so true.

Its also nice as when im on the R1 my belly dont prod the petrol tank anymore, and i can sit down and bend down to tie my shoe laces without having to suck my belly in anymore
