Honda FES 125 S-Wing - HELP!!

Hi all, having a major issue with my Honda S-Wing. A while back, I was riding it happily and it conked out on me going uphill. Engine literally cut out and wouldn't restart.

Breakdown fella who collected me said it seemed like spark plug so dropped me home.

Purchased spark plug and found the 'boot' was broken that sits on the top of the spark.

Replaced boot, still wouldn't start. Went to next factor, the ignition coil.

Tested ignition coil and the inner coil was dead so purchased a new ignition coil setup. Still didn't work.

All fuses and battery have been tested.

That's all I've done so far but my pockets are not bottomless and really need to sort this bike out.

When you turn the ignition you get a sort of whine and click but nothing actually comes to live.

Any ideas?

Does the Speedo needle full sweep, and just clicks on starter. If not ignition switch or wiring. You say full battery but it seems it electrics dead from your description. So wiring and fuses maybe your problem. I have an intermittent fault with pantheon were one off the ignition wires had corroded and eventually broke. I have honda workshop manual for pantheon which is pgm FI 125 but I need more info what works when you turn the key. Whirl could be fuel pump priming. And what does not work.
