Hey BCF.

Ive got a leaky conservatory with polycarb roof. No idea of age as it was here when we bought the house 4 years ago) but probably a good 10 - 15 years id have thought.

Anyway, were thinking of moving on, but keeping this house to rent out.

As such im tempted to get the roof replaced - with more poly.
(just taking the whole thing down will likely be more expensive, as im sure the back door would also leak if not protected by the conservatory).

Its a 5 sided (not including house wall) allegedly victorian style thing measuring about 3x3m: 10 roof panels (some are triangular as the whole thing isnt square). Pitched roof.

Im under no illusions that the existing panels will slide out without fuss, and expect new panels to need loads of sealant etc.

So.....

Anyone with any experience of replacing polycarb with newer poly?

What sort of ballpark price should i anticipate for paying someone to do the whole job?

Cheers!!
