INSUFFICIENT FUEL FOR MEANINGFUL ACCELERATION.
You've got a tap with ON, PRI and RES, right?
ON is vacuum operated, PRIme is free flowing, RES is reserve.
Try setting it to PRI, see if the problem goes away. If it does then sort the problem with the vacuum line or the vacuum tap itself, or just set it to PRI before starting, and remember to set it to ON (by which I mean off) when you turn it off. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.

Heh, there you go. I agree with turning the choke off as soon as possible, but that doesn't mean right away.
It also suggest that your idle mixture may be set a bit rich, if it's idling smoothly while cold without any choke. You want to adjust it once the engine is hot. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.
