|

I'm aftet a tablet that I can watch movies and tv series on from show box. Currently using my mobile to catch up on tv series as I've only got a normal hd tv. Don't fancy upgrading it till the sales as I rarely watch any tv on there anyway. It doesn't have a usb port to stream from a pendrive.
So can anyone suggest a good tablet ____________________ CB125>CG125>GN125>ER5>K100RS>R1100RS>K100RS

I have a Kindle Fire 8HD, For the money it is excellent. It does the job perfectly ____________________ Well, you know what they say. If you want to save the world, you have to push a few old ladies down the stairs.

Buy a 'smart' blu ray player for about 80 quid and plug it to your TV. It'll be cheaper and look nicer on the TV than the tablet ever will.
I have a Sony which has Amazon and Netflix, and also allows you to connect a NAS which enables me to watch all of my movies on one unit, blu ray, nas, from my PC, Netflix, Amazon, iPlayer, Demand 5, DVD the whole lot. I have everything in a single box The only things it's missing are ITV player and 4 on demand, which I rarely use anyway.
I have a BDP-S3500, but it seems that's discontinued now.

The only reason to use a tablet to watch movies is if you want to watch it in bed or on the move, or something like that. ____________________ British beauty: Triumph Street Triple R; Loony stroker: KR1S; Track fun: GSXR750 L1; Commuter Missile: GSX-S1000F

I'll look into the tablet suggestions thank you.
I've already got a blu ray player the PS4 which is the only reason I've got the Tv and I've found myself coming away from that now as well. ____________________ CB125>CG125>GN125>ER5>K100RS>R1100RS>K100RS
