It has been announced that The US President, Donald Trump, will call by to see us on 7/13/18.
Unfortunately, I won't be available to welcome him on that date. I'm sure though, that a great many of our unwashed losers will be available and will be out in force to greet him in the manner that they have been conditioned.
Thoughts, anyone?

I expect the outpouring of hate from the brainwashed sheep to be bordering on embarrassing.

Still. one thing you can say about Trump that is incontrovertible, he has much better taste in women than Corbyn.

That's the day after the NATO summit in Brussels so the unwashed will have to choose between another night of protesting there or end the party early so they can travel to London.

Either way, Starbucks and McDonalds will need to replace some windows. Laughing

The month after December and before January.

You do read The Queen's English. Don't you?

Smile

Edit: It's Monday too.

Personality aside, how's he getting on with the job?

+ US economy doing well.
+ North Korea in talks with South Korea. (Is rocket man calming down a bit now?)

- Russia being Russia.

What else has he tangibly achieved / or fckd up? It's hard to see through all the media bs most of the time.

Who cares what he has done, good or bad! Whatever state he leaves America in he is going to be remembered as a bad President and Obama a good one (I wonder why? Rolling Eyes )

Do you think facts matter to the snowflakes and Trump haters? The same people who voted for Clinton who's as big a crook as they come or on our side of the pond, the sort of people who can't see through the smokescreen that includes and deities our beloved Diane Abbott Rolling Eyes

That's my point. Looking at what he's tangibly achieved in that role makes for an increasingly unpalatable reality for his detractors. He's doing what needs to be done, and it's starting to look like he's doing it well. The reeee intensifies.
I think he'll be remembered as great president by half of the US and reviled by the other.

Oh he has made some howlers, I agree.

It doesn't mean we have to make our country look as bad with the rent-a-mob who will probably misspell half the words on their placards.

Just like 'Alfie's army Puke ' stupid sheep who don't bother to find out facts before regurgitating their lentils and Quorn burgers. Idiots who probably have never entered a polling station in their lives but believe they are right because they can SHOUT loudly.

Half of them. Specifically, this half.

The other half, the decent working half who make 90% of all the things, are thoroughly enjoying Murca being Maid Grate Agin.

Personally, I'm aghast that Teresa May represents me on the world stage. I'm not goiing to REEEEEE! about it though.

The bit we working people really love is huge tax cuts that have seen our tax withholdings go up whilst our wages remain the same.
Not to worry though, stock market down more than 7% in the last 3 months, wages will go up because we're at full employment, absolutely no reason to believe that inflation will heat up because wages rise. Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to go stick my head in the sand with the rest of the ostriches, stick my arse in the air and wait for my president to fuck me some more.

I forgot to say that it's being touted on this side of the pond that Trump will be kept away from anywhere the public might see him, he's such a delicate, shy, retiring type we wouldn't want him to come back traumatized after you lot have blown him hugs and kissea

A question if you can actually answer it. Are you looking at Trump with your British head or your American head?

I can see why he is so reviled in the UK, guns, money uber alles etc, the pretty much the opposite of even a large percentage of UK right wingers whereas I would have thought a lot of his rhetoric/actions appeal the the American psyche.

Or am I talking crap. Laughing

In the MSM. There was actually a lot of hate for Obama among the populace, he did very little for the US, apart from at the end Obamacare.

He said Trump was their worst president about 5 minutes into his term so I think his position is clear Smile I see it as a slightly strange social experiment and I'm willing to reserve judgement.

Coming from a nasty, bitter, constantly whining, extreme right winger, I'll take that with a pinch of salt.

Well, to use your vernacular, fcuk off to America then and fulfil your, extreme right wing, fantasy!

And for the record, Corbyn is not my mate, I wouldn't vote for him or the Labour party and I am not a "far lefty".
Your use of the term "lefty" as a veiled insult is tedious in the extreme, change the record!

I think we can mostly all agree that's a fact more than an insult. Mr. Green
