Spark plug

Hi guys
Can I fit a long reach plug in my suzuki marauder gz 125k2 model. I have given the right plug code, but it came as a long reach plug. I'm afraid it might hit the piston.

Gave the code to who/what/where?

Go to the green sparkplug company.

Give the code to that.



If it was not a long reach you took out and the book says it is not a long reach then do not fit a long reach.

Even if it doesn't get blootered by the piston it may not get cooled properly, overheat and cause detonation/'running on'/pinking/knocking.

The plug code I got from the bike Haynes manual, the manual does not say long or short reach, at first I thought maybe it's not the correct plug, but the bike would not run as good as it does.
