Just getting quotes for my 95 zx9r ebike quoted £4999.56 through compare the market and £4951.40 through MCN compare,
Should I go for the higher quote to get a free Meerkat ?

I'd be checking all the other comparison sites..... then looking at a different bike.

I felt I was being ripped off this year at £121 (FC) as it was only £94 (FC) last year for a 2002 zx9r

It is sad, they were really onto something with their online administrated policies with reasonable weightings for modifications. But that was in the before time, in the long-long ago.

eBike is changing to Brightside Bike (apparently). If they didn't very occasionally pop-up on comparison sites I wouldn't have known they were still in business, they came across as a company about to go bust.

Such as shame. They were great for insuring several bikes on one policy and let you chop and change them yourself, free of charge. I used to pay under £150 TPF&T for up to 4 bikes at any one time.

The only alternative I could find lately was Carole Gash and they want to charge a sodding admin fee if I want to alter any of the bikes on the policy.

First quote for S1000RR 2011 was £99999.99
from about three brokers on Moneysupermarket. MCS did it for 400. the others were around the 5-6 hundred mark.
I've not been back with MCS for a while as I felt that their customer service was appalling. I can imagine it wouldn't get any better if I were to make a Claim.
