Hi all just getting a 1993 Kawasaki zephyr 1100 back on the road

At not we noticed the rubber seal in the neck of the fuel cap has multiple splits and is a fail

Kawasaki say you can only buy the complete cap and it’s on back order

Any idea where I can get the rubber separate

Is it not possible to buy a small sheet of gasket rubber and cut it?

Even if you have to buy hole punches it still might be cheaper than sourcing from Kawasaki.
