Well, there's one in Bromsgrove, it appears to be a decent track, not that I'm an expert, "G" might offer an opinion as he was there last year as well as a few more assorted drunks and substance abusers!
Google earth is your friend, you can't miss it, it's right next to the Mway!

Enduro will see by far the most options.
But there are 'casual' events for all three you mentioned.
They are all quite different; though all fun. I haven't done flattrack, but have done speedway which is fairly similar - same track, but the bikes weigh less, make 60hp from a single with no brakes and wonky bars/pegs .
You don't get a lot of time for your money with speedway/flattrack, but do get maximum sideways time.
Enduro is really nicely varied and probably my favourite passtime, if I had the working shoulders, knees and wrists . Plenty of practice options and the low level competitions are fine to enter for fun too.
Supermoto practices are a bit limited - rather than supermoto specifically, what about normal trackdays? Same basic idea and generally the supermoto pratices (apart from pre-race practices) don't run on the dirt sections from what I've seen.
Alternatively, you could consider pit bike supermoto, which is cheaper and there's a bit more on offer for practice days. Some Kart tracks will allow full size supermotos on, on pitbike supermoto days.
Unfortunately I'm not able to make the BCF BBQ this year - otherwise, you'd have been welcome to have a play on various of my toys there. |
