Worn out forks on an old CBR6

Forks done 98500 miles and are weeping/leaking. Sealmate/cleaning and grease is now only a temporary fix. The original seals need replacing. Started weeping about 60k, the sealmate was a long term fix until about 95k where I have had to repeatedly do it.

There is no pitting within the travel but when shining a bright light I can see vertical wear lines, which tell me the stanchions are probably need replacing and new seals alone might not help.

Seals, bushes and fluid would likely cost about 60 quid. There are no cheap spare forks on ebay but a pair of new tubes is 200 quid. The springs are probably going soft although I have no complaints about how she handles, feels better than the day I got her, likely tire choice..

Seals, bushings only, or new tubes / rechrome these?

Considering a newer bike but Id prefer to get another year from her.
