Yes the points are 'inside' the flywheel. Look through the slot in the front as you turn the flywheel and you'll see a small screw with a plate behind it which has a slot in the edge. That slot is for adjusting the gap with a screwdriver.
Can't remember if you can get on the C70 points with a (brass) feeler gauge to set the gap, I always do it by eye and set the timing with a small bulb. ____________________ a.k.a 'Geri'

Brass feeler gauges eh? Didn't know they existed, now that would have saved a lot of frustration back in the day.. ____________________ Now: A100, GT250A, XJ598, FZ750
