So the DVLA finally sent me a letter about this today:

Quote:
Dear Mr M

Thank you for your recent reply regarding vehicle registration VA06DWC being seen while not taxed in GARNOCK STREET GLASGOW G21 at 12:06 on 13/07/2018.

Having considered the additional information provided, I have decided to take no further action on this occasion.

I must make you aware that this decision relates only to the above sighting and not to any others for which you may have been reported.

I reckon a grass had a go on here...

I tested it just now with your bike reg, and did the car reg above again just to be sure.
