Lots of Indians here don't bother with pesky licences and tests either, you'll be in good company. Of course it's
out of the question for you to attain the licence you need for your vehicle by doing the proper training
and enough of it (which should fix your confusion between left and right feet and basic motorcycle controls.) followed by
genuine actual passes on the necessary tests. But no, there always has to be a workaround. Done your CBT yet? Got a
provisional licence with your actual name on it yet or are you just gonna simply sack all that old "the law" bollocks if you
can get your hands on the right antique bike? ____________________ Currently enjoying products from Ford, Mazda and Yamaha

Practice. Get used to it.
Anything learner legal with a RHS gearshift will be old, unreliable and difficult to get spares from. I do know some of the early suzukis had swappable gear/brake levers.
However. It isn't hard to change which foot you use.
I have a VFR750 and an Enfield 350 and I sometimes ride my wifes YB100. The VFR is 1 down, five up with the left foot. The Enfield is 1 up, three down with the right foot and the YB100 is four down lith the left foot. I can ride any of them.
I will admit that I occasionally do get mixed up and try to brake with the gear lever (or most often, upshift the Bullet when I meant to downshift). However, I've never even come close to crashing the bike because of it.
So. Stop blaming the tools and sort out the worker. ____________________ “Rule one: Always stick around for one more drink. That's when things happen. That's when you find out everything you want to know.”
I did the 2010 Round Britain Rally on my 350 Bullet. 89 landmarks, 3 months, 9,500 miles. |

I thought this was your "first bike". If you mean in India, well, it turns out that you're going to need to re-learn the way you ride if you want to pass any tests over here[*].

No. Don't be so silly. You're 17, not 67: relearn.

Join the army. Is actually one way.
[*] The other way is to ride unlicensed. It didn't bother you in India, why would it bother you here? ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.
