Incidentally, Lembit Öpik at MAG wants to be kept informed of local LEZ schemes. Not that the gurning goon has ever shown the basic common courtesy of responding to my reports on the Glasgow LEZ shenanigans, but you can give him a prod at: public-affairs@mag-uk.org ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.

Lemsip Optic is a Gravy Train season ticket holder.
