Just posting on here to see if it looks suitable to anyone
Please PM me in the first instance.

Hello All.

I'm looking for a 2nd Line/ Service desk lead to take responsibility for a new service desk.
to start off the role will be mostly dealing with tickets and user requests but quickly developing into managing the service desk and 1+ 1st line peoples.

Excellent bed side manner..
Excellent end user support
Excellent provisions of desk top services (new users , Laptops, Desk set up etc)

General windows experience.
Desktop networking.
Trouble shooting.

i already have a top notch network/infrastructure guy.
So you are not required to be experienced in that area.

Located in UB11
Mon - Friday 9am - 5.30pm

Salary i was thinking of £30k or about.

The good.
The team is excellent
You get to work for me
The offices and location as nice.
Salary is not bad at all
Its a young and new environment..

the bad
you get to work for me.
its a young and new environment.

There no point trying to dress it up.
the current IT is a shocker.
if your looking for an environment that's all best practice and mature processes.
this is not it.

If you want a place where there's everything to do and a chance to be part of a team to make it happen.
this is us.

Pm in the first instance...
No agency's.....
i have my agency man.
