Are the valve clearances right?
What about the throttle cable , are the throttle slides both rising the same?.

What about the condensors are they faulty. are you using the metal bodied plug caps. when the bike cuts out does all other electrics still work.still keep using the earth from the lum to the battery. try another earth strap from the battery to a engine mount

That doesn’t affect my advice. Clearly something is wrong, and reverting back to standard seems like an obvious choice even not considering the fact that some bikes just can’t be made to work with pods. Especially early Japanese bikes which ran airboxes.

I’d probably agree but there’s literally no way of reverting back to the airbox now.
