Here I am in Thailand, as a USA national. I've been here for 2 years and not having anything to wrench on has been a drag. I have recently acquired a Honda 1989 JX110.

I dont have many tools; a multi tool, spanners that came in the tool kit, and a large adjustable. I have been borrowing other's tools as I can far and few between. I took on quite the project. Anyhow, I did a ground up cafe/tracker resto. Came out quite nice.

Now I'm wiring with a repro wiring loom. I cant find a wire diagram anywhere. Unfortunately these bikes were produced in Thailand, so any and all info tends to be in Thai.

Its cousin, the CG110/125 is the closest thing I have found to a wiring diagram. It works but, it doesnt work because my bike is not lit up yet. I have the indies/brake lights going and thats it.

Today I fired it up to get some power but the idle is real high; like red line. I am more than sure the carb is set properly. The slide is seated completely, I redid the jets, screwed in the pilot jet all the way and its still rev-ing the piss out of itself. I turned the key off and the Idle dumbed down; like to the proper idle speed The switch did not obviously do what it was supposed to do either, the bike kept running?

I have a 12V battery hooked up, but I am not sure whether it is 6V or 12V bike?It is a 1989. Coil and resistor set up, not the new style. Points as well.

Anyway, bottom line, does anyone know where to acquire a 1989 Honda JX110 manual? I ran the gamete of the manual list to no avail.

Anyhow, thank you for reading and thank you advance for any help given!
