The grab rail reminds me of that of an early SV650. But there's a fair bit non-standard going on there, whatever bike it is, as well as being a poor picture, so hard to say. Bandit was my first thought too, but I wouldn't lay any bets on either of those two.
On second thoughts, deffo not an SV650 frame. ____________________ Chickenystripgeezer's Biking Life (Latest update 19/10/18) Belgium, France, Italy, Austria tour 2016 Picos de Europa, Pyrenees and French Alps tour 2017 Scotland Trip 1, now with BONUS FEATURE edit, 5/10/19, on page 2 Scotland Trip 2 Luxembourg, Black Forest, Switzerland, Vosges Trip 2017

I agree that it looks more like an aluminium chunky frame rather than tubular steel
If it is a tubular then this bit:

I suspect is the silver valve covers from the fzs engine. But it looks a bit high really. ____________________ I am a bellend, I am a man of constant sorrow, I am a gummy bear, I am a rock. |

Would assume rest of the bike is the same. |
As soon as I saw that h/lamp set-up with the cheap cowl, I knew it was time to assume nothing ____________________ Chickenystripgeezer's Biking Life (Latest update 19/10/18) Belgium, France, Italy, Austria tour 2016 Picos de Europa, Pyrenees and French Alps tour 2017 Scotland Trip 1, now with BONUS FEATURE edit, 5/10/19, on page 2 Scotland Trip 2 Luxembourg, Black Forest, Switzerland, Vosges Trip 2017

No way, it's not a Bandit, it has a black Ally beam frame with ram air ducts. It's A mid to late 90's era Kwak sportsbike. Just look at the mudguard, tailpiece, tank, frame etc.
I think it's a G-J model ZX6R streetfighter with an aftermarket grab rail.

FK me!, the first thing I’m gonna do when I get home is check my garage to make sure my bike is still there!
For a split second I genuinely thought that was my bike ____________________ I am the sum total of my own existence, what went before makes me who I am now! |

Post the video so we can try to pick out some other details on the bike.
Lots of parts on the ZX6R from 98 to 02 (G and J models) were interchangeable with parts from the 99 to 01 ZX9R. (C and E models). [exact models of the ZX9R might be slightly different ) |
