Remove spark plug, squirt 2 teaspoons worth of petrol into cylinder, replace plug, try to start it!
If you have a spark it should fire and fun for a few seconds, which should prove you only have a minor problem.
Does the bike have a carb or is it FI? Assuming the bike was submerged, you've probably got some water in the carb, remove the float bowl and clean it out. Ideally, remove the whole carb, take it apart and clean it thoroughly.
If you do try putting a bit of petrol down the bore and starting it, you might get lucky and any dirt or water in the system might get pulled through and out. I'd still take the carb off for a clean though! ____________________ "Everybody needs money, that's why they call it money!" |
