I've been trying to look into some for some time now, but I'm not sure how many of them will hold my size. I'm 6'3, 500+ pounds. Do you have any recommendations?

My goodness! You're a big fellow. Is it a 125 you are after?

Yeah, get in to our 2018 Health and Fitness Thread, we need some new blood. https://www.bikechatforums.com/viewtopic.php?t=323077

just suck it up and get any 125 that will take your weight to pass your test, then it's really about what you fit and feel comfortable with rather than your actual weight for bigger bikes - not the mid weight ones, you are unlikely to be able to take passengers - and stay with in manufacturers recommended limits.

most the big cruisers and the like your weight won't be an issue IMO but taking passengers might be

Look for a "full power" 125. Hyosung GT/GTR/GV (V-Twin) are decently sized for 125's and have the full 15BHP you're allowed. Also pretty cheap. Look closely and prod the swingarm - They're prone to rotting if neglected. Also look closely at the inlet rubbers - again, neglect see's these crack.

Are you a learner? You may be better off doing CBT, then DAS and not sodding about on a 125. I did my CBT and then DAS
on a Fazer 600. Taking a fortnight off work and smashing out the whole thing (CBT, Theory, and DAS) would be my method
if I were in your boat. A bloke your size would be too much for a 125 to have any liveliness on the road. .

Have a look at a Honda 125 Shadow, suits a big rider and sells for at least what you bought it for.

Here is me in a bikini after taking up riding cruisers.

What good would that be over a 12HP bike? According to you he's not going to notice the difference..

My old VT125 Shadow, first bike I bought, Any 125 you ride will look relatively small but the shadow is a good start. Best of luck to you.

MCN review.

If you’re ultimately yearning for a mammoth cruiser but have yet to perfect the art of riding one, the Honda VT125C Shadow is the bike for you. The littlest Shadow looks the part, is beautifully finished, very reliable and is relatively gentle and forgiving for the novice rider. The Honda VT125C Shadow is a bit lardy, and rather expensive, but an excellent entry level machine for custom fans.

Are you sure you've written that correctly? That's about 36 stone, or 225Kg. There is no normal powerlift class for that enormous weight.

Good Lord. I'm afraid I can't recommend anything, especially as you're limited in what (edit: engine capacity) you can get, but I'd suggest looking for something that's designed to take a pillion (not that you will be, will you? Smile ). Whatever you get, I hope it's a good 'un.

What kind of bike is OP after or interested in?

I'd probably suggest a big tall 1000cc+ adventure bike or road adventure bike like a Multistrada, or Aprilia Caponord etc.

Maybe the OP has a fetish for rats with jacket fetishes.

Did you ever consider that?

I maintain it doesn't at our size, but riding with what is equivalent to being 3 up, with full sized adult males on the bike? I don't honestly know.

It was more about the size of the bikes themselves. They're big for 125's, more akin to a GS500, and he's asking about a 125. If the OP can get a normal license and bike, then obviously, he should.

only problem I can see with doing a cbt is the fact a lot of school bikes will not be rated to carry the weight

if you speak to a school they may let you take cbt on a 500 if you are going to do das with them as well
