Hay guys I am puting my front bike wheel on after having it off for so long and when I toke it off the bar that go's through the wheel to fasten to the bike it was lubed up now it's dry as a bone and needs a clean. What's best lubrication for this ?

Try axle grease or failing that, any thick grease.
Maybe not thick grease for tanks and tractors, that may be just a bit to heavy.
