A while ago I bought an item on ebay, (a plotter cutter) it arrived missing some parts and so was clearly not as described
Description was copy and paste from amazon, condition was 'new, other'
The entire listing looked like someone had bought, used and decided it wasn't for them and were selling it on to try and get some of the cash back.
It turned up with the main unit, no instructions, no software (easily available as download from manufacturer) and with after-market power cable, a DVD-R of some random chinese instructions for something else and no cutting bed but some random other bits that make me think the seller didn't know what they had
The seller responded quickly to the return, accepting, generating a post label and moments later completing the return by re-funding in full.
this stopped me getting the postage label to send it back, ebay stepped in and have explained to the seller that they need to arrange and cover postage, we've conversed and the seller stopped replying when I said how much postage would be (£11)
so, should I have one last go at contacting them, saying that if I don't have a reply from them within a set time I'll consider the matter closed or should I just leave it and acquire the parts needed to use the item? ____________________ Looking to pass your CBT / Bike tests in Bury Lancashire? try www.focusridertraining.co.uk Would recommend.

I'd just wait, the seller will contact you if they want their item back. |
