Are there any other carbs which can fit the honda cb 125t2, mine are dodgy, second hand ones don't exist lol and new ones are just too expensive.

Dodgy in what way? Most carb issues can be solved by stripping and cleaning all jets and passageways.
I should imagine any second hand carbs are going to need a good clean anyway.

To be honest I bought the bike and only recently found the carbs are the wrong ones for a T2 they should be PD26A-C, mine are PD26A-B and the bike is definitely a T2.

A carburetor mixes fuel and air, that's all it does. If it fits the intake manifold (rubber), it's alright to use. If the engine doesn't run properly, all it needs is a tune-up. I would start with taking the carburetor, that you have, and check what jets are inside. If those are not the same (correct?) size as the standard jets, then I would replace them accordingly.

Then there is the mixture screw, or so I assume. Also, try to put it into the factory settings and go from there.

To your original question, any carburetor, that will fit the manifold, will work if tuned properly. Well, reasonable/comparable sizes of carburetors.

just a guess but the fact the first few numbers match and it fits the bike..could be a simple jet change to make it the correct number...ie the casting is the same but the last letters are just model jets installed
