Fan start on higher throttle position and stop as soon as the throttle is returned to idle. To explain.. bike has been idling from cold for say 3 minutes, I open the revs to 3000 and after about 5 seconds the fan comes on... the gauge is reading below C at this time.. and the fan will stop as soon as the throttle is shut, i can repeat this over and over. When running if dont touch the throttle everything is normal, gauge goes to between, fan starts works normal and then turn off

I don`t think you have a problem but check the thermo switch or replace it.

There is not therm switch, there is only temperature sensor that sends info to ecu, and ecu activates cooling fan reley
