Hi all I've just bought a Triumph T595 with the 4th gear issue I've got a later 955i complete gearbox in good condition.
does anyone know if it's a straight swap or do I need to buy different bearings and or shims?

Should be a straight swap. The 955i is pretty well identical to the T595 apart from the sprag clutch as I recall.
