So their uniqe selling feature is they fit potbellied people with withered legs? Looks like a mind bending 14 people have bitten. But for $89? That's what, 4 pairs of aldi overtousers. I've owned two pairs, one got crashed in and has a small tear repaired with sail tape. Both pairs are still in use.

I think the real solution is to stop wearing trousers with the crotch join down by your knees.

Ouch... didn't see the price tag... wouldn't pay £199 for it. Maybe £50-60

Just buy an old Pebble Smart Watch (£50) and use the Google Nav companion app (free), then mount the Watch to your handlebars

Probably works well when you're a bee and don't have to deal with junctions that loop around. I'd hope my sense of direction is good enough to manage "it's over there somewhere" but navigating the centre of a large city I don't know, avoiding traffic and roadworks and knowing where the speed cameras are? That's what a satnav is for. If i'm airbourne it's gone very wrong.

Yeah good point. I'm thinking it would be really handy as a hiking GPS. Giving a general direction of the next checkpoint would be quite good to route find. I guess I just line the crazy taxi style navigation. Loved that game back in the day.

I’m Spider-Man!

Was more a comparison of cost, if you could get 4 sets of goretex trousers for the price of one nappy

"With Nap-P technology"

I'm guessing he thinks it's a clever play on words, but, a) it's not - and b) who wants to declare that they're wearing a nappy ?
Strange marketing tactic.

Strange also describes the product and the shyster flogging it.

15th November update

Interesting fabric option.

Hello all,

After meeting with some manufacturers and exploring possible fabric options I've come across the material pictured below. It's a really interesting 'triple layer' fabric which is of course waterproof, but breathes.

The really BIG advantage is that it can be bonded using a lazer-welding process. A strong and TOTALLY WATERPROOF bond!

it's slightly thicker than the fabric I used in the prototypes, but still thin enough to fold up really small. And of course it's available in 'all-black', not with the purple exterior shown.
