Nope.

Well no more then being in a car. I just use it as a means from getting to work.

I drive a 20 year old CB500
costs about 15 pound a week to fill compared to 40 with a car.
I also abuse the fuck out of it and it still keeps going.

Only issue is that I know it's not gonna pass it's next MOT. Embarassed

Nope, even after 25+ years despatching...

That surprises me cos normally anything you do for a job you end up hating. I'm sure even pornstars think oh no not another blowjob.

Off topic slightly, but porn stars generally get rich quite quickly and in a short career, so they have the time and money to do other things with their life, if they don't get a serious drug addiction or health problem first that is.

Still got the passion, only wish the roads in London were in better shape.

Couple of weeks ago I went to Yorkshire to deliver a package, first time in a long time I've done a distance job but that really oiled my gears and to be honest I would love to go back to the odd long distance job.

I think Marmalade's a long distance courier. I really enjoy cycling, even more than motorcycling Shifty, yet cycling for work made me fall out of love with it until I stopped. Same with driving actually... maybe the link is doing the job in London Thinking

My “bored of bikes” train of thought diminishes after/during long trip with a reason at the end.
I much prefer my mini tours than a 10 mile round trip.

However for me, I’m at the place in my life where I choose when I use my bikes.
Happy days, no bike boredom for me👍.

You could be right on that front.
I love driving, been in cars longer than I have on bikes, so I love them both equally ... but 2 years of driving round London for a job has done for me at the moment - I still don't even care too much about having to use London Transport to get to work Cool (mind you, I tend to go at varying times, so its not quite as ghastly as it could be)

Not bored of bikes but maybe bored of a current bike. That's why I change bikes at least once a year! Best bike, the one I just got rid of usually! But never lose the thrill of wanting to ride for more than a few days. Been riding over 50 years now but still get that rush of adrenaline when overtaking and a smile when I pull off a 20 car filter! I've got two nice cars but would rather have even a 125 than either if truth were told. When I'm dead I'd go out on the crappiest bike in the shittiest weather just to be alive again. Rather than bored with biking, perhaps you just forgot how to ride it like you stole it!
