Hello, after months of successful use, yesterday the camera did not start recording until after the third stop and 3hours of riding. All video clips then were fine. Just missing the important ones.,
Any ideas?

Also I have some "locked" video files in the camera. How do I unlock them to delete?

Update: reply from Innovv: was the card formatted prior to use? Yes. Was the card of correct quality? Yes as I purchased 2 x SD cards from them.
