It's if something interesting will pop up that is the issue though?

Sure I could spend £200 on a fucked plastic twist and go Chinese moped to pull apart and look at brakes, engines, electrics, bearings etc.

But I'd want a big skip to chuck it all into after, as I'd have zero interest in renovating, re-building it or even spending £20 on parts and consumables to fix it with.

If I found a Yamaha RD200 or even a Honda CG then it'd be very different, as I'd have enough interest and motivation to spend many weekends on, and several times the purchase cost on to re-build and then use.

There is a cheap ZX4 near reading. This is cheap on Ebay. Nothing to do with me, but saw it advertised a few minutes ago, and then saw your post.
