Anyone who has a blue badge can use it with whatever vehicle they want.

didn't check for one, but I didn't see one sticking out anywhere obvious like on the windshield.

Normally it's the owner of the KTM who wants to stop 'em.

Spacca's still ride bikes, as we all know.

Joking aside, my father had a respiratory disease which meant he couldn't walk more than a couple hundred yards but could still drive and ride his bikes.

I have a mate who has a right leg amputation just below the knee, I bought the eggcup off him, swapped the thumb brake over to his new bike for him.

His bike was registered as a mobility vehicle.

As mentioned it has nothing do do with specific vehicles.
As long as a person with a disability is with that vehicle (and had blue badge) they can park there. For all you know there could be a blind passenger with a vehicle.
Remember that most disabilities are invisible.

Reminds me of the time I watched a disabled bloke on TV - he refused to give up to his disability (think his legs were amputated?) and he'd had a JCB digger adapted so that he could become a self employed owner/driver.

It looks like a single bay marked out for the property owner, I'd guess it's a relative or visitor knows the space won't be needed for whatever reason.

It’s an advisory parking space, it shows someone near has a disability and that they should be prioritised for that space, however anyone can park in it.

Interestingly (or not), this used to be the case in Portsmouth, however a few years ago they changed the rules and put little blue signs up near the spaces. Now they are all ticket enforceable if you're not the resident.

Fair enough, guess it'll be one of those things that differs by council.

Maybe it's referring to the electrical system of said bike and it's the bike with the badge, not the owner.
